Invitation letter for Visa application

If you require a visa to travel to the UK, the Conference will issue you with a letter to use it as part of the visa application process. Please check with the UK Embassy in your country of residence as to the requirements for applying for a visa to attend the conference and the processing time and apply for this well in advance.

The letters will be issued only to authors/presenters and participants who register and complete the payment process.

The letter needs to include personal information such as name and surname as they appear on your passport, date of birth, country of birth and passport number and you should be prepared to send these details across in order for the conference organisers to issue the letter.

Checklist for letters for visa purposes

To request an invitation letter for visa purposes please send the following information to, with the subject: [CEEC’19-VISA LETTER].  Please note that we will provide with such letters only to registered presenters at the conference (authors only, not to attendees).

  1. Full name as in your passport.
  2. Passport number.
  3. Date of birth.
  4. Nationality.
  5. Paper number and title.
  6. Proof of paid registration to the conference.

Please note that CEEC 2019  and/or the organising committee are not authorised to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Invitation Letter for Visa Application.

In case your application is denied, CEEC 2019 and/or the organising committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any other official body.

The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
