One registration covers a single paper to be presented at the conference. For each accepted paper, at least one author must register to the conference and present the paper at CEEC’19. Letters of Attendance will be available at the conference upon request.
The registration prices are indicated in the following table.

(*) In order to apply for an extra paper registration, you should have already paid for a full conference fee.
(**) This option does not include the Conference Dinner of the event, if you are non-author and wish to attend the dinner you should include the “Extra person for conference dinner” option when registering..
(***) This option is only for attendees who are non-authors only. Authors must register under a full conference category.
Important: All accepted papers and their authors must register for a full conference category, and under no circumstance any author will be allowed to use non-authors fees.
- Full Conference rates include access to all sessions, lunches, refreshments, conference dinner, and conference proceedings.
- All the prices are in GBP and include VAT.
- Please note that if you desire to apply to a category that involves an IEEE membership, then you need to update your EDAS profile by adding the corresponding details of such membership. Consequently, EDAS will enable the available categories for you according to your profile information available on EDAS.
Registration and payment
Participants need to register their papers and attendance using the following EDAS link.
Payments should made in US Dollars (USD) by credit card or wire and the invoice will issued in USD because EDAS system operates in USA. A confirmation e-mail will sent to you after a successful registration.
You will be able to download a receipt of your payment through the EDAS system.
For IEEE discount, the attendees have to declare their membership in their EDAS profile.

The EDAS system accepts the following form of payments:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
- Wire Transfer In this case, please keep in mind the following important notes:
- BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE DISPLAYED TO YOU AFTER YOU START THE REGISTRATION AT EDAS (EDAS BANK ACCOUNT IS NOT SHOWN AT THE WEB BUT ONLY AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE WIRE TRANSFER REGISTRATION INFORMATION).
- INDICATE VERY CLEARLY THE CONFERENCE NAME, AUTHOR NAME REGISTERING THE PAPER, EDAS NUMBER OF THE PAPER.
- SEND A SCANED PDF FILE OF THE WIRE TRANSFER to firstname.lastname@example.org
Instructions on how to register with EDAS system
1- Log in to EDAS system.
2- Click on “My…” tab.
3- Click on “My papers”.
4- Click on the required paper title; a new window will open with all your paper information.
5- Click on the “Register” section; a new window will open with different registration option and description.
6- Find the right registration for your paper and click on the basket under “Register” section only once.
7- Click on the preferred payment method (end of the page); chose one method only.
No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems). If you are unable to participate and present your paper due to visa or other personal/family/health reasons, we would appreciate it if you notify us by the 15th of September at the very latest. Otherwise, the failure of presenting accepted papers at the conference, will considered as a NO-SHOW and will automatically excluded from the IEEE Xplore proceedings.
Invitation letter for Visa application
If you are require a visa to travel to UK, the Conference will issue you with a letter to use it as part of the visa application process. Please check with the UK Embassy in your country of residence as to the requirements for applying for visa to attend the conference and the processing time and apply for this well in advance.
The letters will be issued only to authors/presenters and participants who register and complete the payment process.
The letter needs to include personal information such as name and surname as they appear on your passport, date of birth, country of birth and passport number and you should be prepared to send these details across in order for the conference organisers to issue the letter.

Check list for letters for visa purposes
To request an invitation letter for visa purposes please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject: [CEEC’19-VISA LETTER]. Please note that we will provide with such letters only to registered presenters at the conference (authors only, not to attendees).
- Full name as in your passport.
- Passport number.
- Date of birth.
- Paper number and title.
- Proof of paid registration to the conference.
Please note that CEEC 2019 and/or the organising committee are not authorised to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Invitation Letter for Visa Application.
In case your application be denied, CEEC 2019 and/or the organising committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any other official body.
The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
