Travel Information

CEEC 2015 is being hosted by the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, based on the Colchester campus at the University of Essex (UK).

Colchester is Britain’s oldest recorded town and it was for a time the capital of Roman Britain. The town is 51.2 miles (82.4 km) northeast of London and is well-connected to the capital, which allows visitors to enjoy the attractions of both places.

Accommodation for those travelling to the conference is available at Wivenhoe House on campus. You can also book accommodation through Venue Essex.

When booking, please quote the CEEC 2015 conference for a discounted price.

Alternatively, there are hotels in and around Colchester town centre, which are a short bus journey from campus. See Visit Colchester website for further information.
